一、商務(wù)英語(yǔ)電子郵件的格式
常見(jiàn)的商務(wù)英語(yǔ)電子郵件包括以下五部分：
�、賹�(xiě)信人Email地址、收信人Email地址、抄送收信人Email地址、密送收信人Email地址。②標(biāo)題。③稱(chēng)呼、開(kāi)頭、正文、結(jié)尾句。④禮貌結(jié)束語(yǔ)。⑤寫(xiě)信人全名、寫(xiě)信人職務(wù)及所屬部門(mén)、地址、電話號(hào)碼、傳真等。
其中郵件主題應(yīng)體現(xiàn)郵件主旨，要引人注目、意思明確，最好為名詞或動(dòng)名詞短語(yǔ)；稱(chēng)呼禮貌得體，符合商務(wù)英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作習(xí)慣，如不知對(duì)方姓名只知頭銜，可用 Dear+Title作為稱(chēng)呼，如只知對(duì)方姓名不知性別，可用Dear+全名，如郵件為一封通函，則用DearAll作為郵件稱(chēng)呼；正文應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)清楚，便于閱讀，如正文內(nèi)容較長(zhǎng)，可使用小標(biāo)題、小段落，或利用星號(hào)、下劃線及段落間空行等方式使郵件眉目清楚、一目了然。

1、親切自然：可以用We 就不要用You
每一封email往來(lái)，都是你和與收信人之間的交流。很多人以為寫(xiě)商業(yè)e-mail就應(yīng)該用「生意腔」，于是把本來(lái)有感情基礎(chǔ)的e-mail寫(xiě)得官樣。
把每次e-mail往來(lái)當(dāng)成是跟對(duì)方進(jìn)行了一次交談，只不過(guò)交談的界面是e-mail。用我／我們做主詞，這樣才能讓email讀起來(lái)熱情、友善，像朋友交談那樣簡(jiǎn)單自然，親切又人性化。 官樣e-mail：Your mail has been received.
親切e-mail：I have received your mail.
官樣e-mail：Your complaint is being looked into.
親切e-mail：We are looking into your complaint.
2、一針見(jiàn)血：可以清楚 就不要模糊
寫(xiě)email最忌諱文縐縐，要打電話給人就用call，要去拜訪人就說(shuō)visit，不要刻意用自以為正式但其實(shí)意思模模糊糊的字。

清楚字：call／write／visit
模糊字：soon
清楚字：by March 15
3、言簡(jiǎn)意賅：可以一個(gè)字就不要兩個(gè)字
大部份商業(yè)人士跟你一樣，每天都要閱讀大量e-mail。所以e-mail一定要寫(xiě)得簡(jiǎn)明扼要。與主題無(wú)關(guān)或者無(wú)助于e-mail目的之內(nèi)容，請(qǐng)毫不留情的舍棄。

4、語(yǔ)匯樸實(shí)：用對(duì)方看得懂的關(guān)鍵字
每個(gè)行業(yè)都有自己的行話，寫(xiě)e-mail時(shí)要確定別人懂不懂你的行話，也盡量不用華麗詞藻。西方人習(xí)慣使用樸實(shí)的語(yǔ)言。

Compared with the western, the Chinese children are shyer in communication, which is a reason to make them lack of friends and companies. On the other hand, as the only child in the family, they can’t enjoy the happiness from brother or sister. When they meet some troubles, they have to deal with them by themselves; they can’t get help from their family fellows. Therefore, compared with the children who have brother or sister, the only child would feel lonelier.
However, is loneliness completely a bad thing? Obviously, the answer is no, because loneliness also can bring something good for them. It is reported that the only child possesses more advantages than other children in personality and in thought.
Firstly, the only child is more independent in personality. Lacking of help from others, they are used to dealing with all kinds of things by themselves as much as possible. Thus, the only child would be more independent in life and they can endure more setbacks and pressure. In addition, when they leave their parents and start to live alone, they would meet fewer difficulties. But the precondition is that they don’t rely on their parents deeply.
Moreover, the only child has wider horizon than others. As the only kid in the family, they can enjoy better conditions in life or in education, and they have more opportunities to get in touch with fresh things and accept higher education. In this premise, loneliness gives them more time and space to think after study. As the saying goes, genius is the product of the loneliness. Einstein is a good example. Therefore, on the one hand, the only child feels lonely. But at the same time, one can enjoy loneliness when thinking. Loneliness brings more chances to think of meaning about life and future.
In a word, the only child feels lonely but also can get some benefits. Learning to enjoy loneliness, one would be easier to taste the real life.

The computer is a sign of the era, which has brought and is bringing about a tremendous change in our lifestyle. The view that certain people maintain that it is more of a menace than a blessing seems ridiculous and completely out of place in a world that has learnt to enjoy and use the computer.
Before the invention of the computer, nearly everything was slow. Data processing was slow, typing on the typewriter was tedious, accounting was done by hand. It was the computer that sped up all these daily office affairs and freed people from repeated drudgeries.
The probable reason that the computer is a menace is derived from the fact that there are people who have lost their jobs because the computer has made them redundant. True, a small portion of people may have lost their jobs because they cannot and will not use the eomputet; however, most companies and work units where computers have replaced people do not just retrench workers. Instead, they go through elaborate programmes to retrain the staff.
Another reason for looking at the computer as a is perhaps due to the fact that it makes people waste time playing games. This is a ridiculous accusation, as time coule just as well be wasted watching silly TV programmes,In addition,playing games is interactive and is something that one chooses to do, it is not compulsory, Therefore, to call the computer a menace is groundless.
To conclude, the above are just part of my argument, but I think I have made it clear that the computer is a blessing instead of a menace. However, there is still enougla space for counter-argument.
