But by the late 1800s,fewer people believed in ancient superstitions of ghosts and witches. Halloween became more a holiday for children to receive treats and dress in costume.

我是去年才了解到這部美劇，當(dāng)時(shí)就立馬去網(wǎng)上搜了一下，結(jié)果好像所有的網(wǎng)站關(guān)于它的版權(quán)都到期了，就不用說可以觀看了。后來在一個(gè)英語網(wǎng)看到了聽力錄音，但是沒有具體了解過劇情，所以聽了一遍就聽不下去了。
這幾天又聽到有英語博主推薦它，然后底下評(píng)論的網(wǎng)友也很活躍，于是我就直接在評(píng)論下咨詢了看劇的頻道，很多就有人回復(fù)了。
按他的說法現(xiàn)在網(wǎng)上就可以搜到劇集資源，今天我嘗試去搜了一下，果然出了好幾個(gè)網(wǎng)站可以看了，而且畫面質(zhì)感也很好。
正奇怪著，剛好又看到了這部戲準(zhǔn)備在25年后的現(xiàn)在續(xù)拍，我想這也是為什么這些版權(quán)又可以的`原因了吧，就是一種預(yù)熱。
我才觀看了第一集，也明白為什么它這么受歡迎的原因了，我決定用昨天學(xué)到的看美劇提升英語的方法來看劇，雖然剛開始有點(diǎn)難，不僅語速跟不上，而且有不少生詞，還有一些詞雖認(rèn)識(shí)但是對(duì)于翻譯不太理解。
不管怎么樣先開始行動(dòng)起來吧。

The water beside the road was covered with a thin layer of ice. The trees at the school gate were left with bare branches. The two little sparrows stood on their branches and jumped as if they were cold and doing exercises!
