　　大家好!

　　我是初二(3)班的英語(yǔ)老師，首先歡迎各位家長(zhǎng)的到來(lái)。借此機(jī)會(huì)，我想應(yīng)該給各位家長(zhǎng)談一下孩子們?cè)谶@一個(gè)學(xué)期的情況。

　　開(kāi)學(xué)初，本班學(xué)生在中缺乏積極性，自覺(jué)性差，凡事都要不停地反復(fù)的督促。布置的任務(wù)不能及時(shí)的完成。而初二的英語(yǔ)教材相較三、四年級(jí)，又有所變化，起初孩子們沒(méi)有找好學(xué)習(xí)的切入點(diǎn)，所以我們?cè)谧�有些家長(zhǎng)就反映孩子的英語(yǔ)成績(jī)較之前有所下降。一學(xué)期下來(lái)了，在強(qiáng)化課堂教學(xué)，抓好課堂效益上，我結(jié)合教材和學(xué)生的多方面情況，做了以下一些工作：

　　1、初二英語(yǔ)在聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)方面的要求更加重要，我們盡量在課堂上幫助學(xué)生掌握知識(shí)，開(kāi)展活動(dòng)，讓他們?cè)诓恢�不覺(jué)中張口說(shuō)英語(yǔ)。比如我們班莊園，王輝，錢(qián)勇，曹旭成，王聲康，許雅文等同學(xué)，每節(jié)課的知識(shí)和作業(yè)都能當(dāng)堂掌握和完成。

　　2、興趣是最好的老師。英語(yǔ)課中多是一些情景對(duì)話(huà)，我們常常設(shè)置一個(gè)情境，讓學(xué)生進(jìn)入其中，以表演的形式學(xué)習(xí)新知，樂(lè)在其中。如李杰，葛宇，逗號(hào)，潘建如，李浪，張朋順，周揚(yáng)名，吳家佩，花尉揩，沈培歡等同學(xué)，經(jīng)常表演和惟妙惟肖，讓人忍俊不禁的同時(shí)，其他同學(xué)也加深了對(duì)課文的理解。

　　3、孩子們都是要強(qiáng)的，我們舉行各式各樣的比賽，讓他們自發(fā)地要求進(jìn)步。最近我們開(kāi)展一對(duì)一的擂臺(tái)賽。孩子們學(xué)習(xí)的'積極性高漲。如張峰瑋與莊園同學(xué)之間，楊冬煦和潘康同學(xué)之間，你追我趕，共同進(jìn)步。我們也進(jìn)行了一些簡(jiǎn)單的測(cè)試，有很多同學(xué)較開(kāi)學(xué)初都有很大的進(jìn)步。尤其是張影，張自豪，劉俊杰，李杰，鮑勝凡，潘國(guó)光，呂文豪等同學(xué)。我們班同學(xué)，優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生不僅成績(jī)好，在英語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力上也有提高，學(xué)習(xí)有困難的學(xué)生也不氣餒，一直在努力地向前沖。學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)是為了以后能與人用英語(yǔ)交流，平時(shí)有積累，最后就能收獲成功。讓我們一起為孩子們營(yíng)造一個(gè)開(kāi)心快樂(lè)的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，真正讓孩子們相對(duì)學(xué)的輕松，扎實(shí)，有效。
